the receptionist was helpful and cute. the restaurant staff were equally helpful. i appreciated the central location since i could walk to many points of interest and theatres.
the room was too hot. the air conditioning was not operational. i was told to open the window to cool the room, but it was too noisy outside.

The reception staff helped me a lot when my bag was lost. They communicated with the airport for me, it was very nice. The hotel is central so you can walk to many points of interest. The building have a really quirky decoration and art.
There was a slight damp smell in the corridors sometimes. It wasnt a big deal, however, something to keep in mind.

The facility is close to many restaurants plus shops, which are very convenient. The Ateneul is also nearby for those interested in cultural attractions. Accessing public transportation near the hotel is not a problem.

The rooms features well-appointed bathrooms, this is always good. My room had a very comfortable bed and pillows, this guaranteed a good sleep. The super clean bathroom had a good shower too.

The staff was very attentive, fulfilling my requests quickly. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide variety of options. The bar provided perfect cocktails (I especially enjoyed the classics). I arranged a taxi to the airport without any issues. It arrived promptly and I received assistance with my luggage.
The gym was rather small. It felt quite cramped. I think an upgrade would improve the experience.

The room had exquisite glasses and classic furniture. Daily cleaning was performed effectively. I found the room spacious and it was decorated with art pieces.

The reception staff was helpful and efficient during check-in. My request for a quiet room was met.. I received a room away from street noise. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and excellent coffee. I also found the vintage decor throughout the hotel to be charming and well-kept.
The fitness center was small and had limited equipment. I found it a bit crowded during peak hours.
